Beverly Hills, California-based private alternative investment firm Monument Square Investment Group recently purchased the Maison Burbank apartment complex on Burbank Drive. Monument Square acquired the property through its Delaware-registered entity MS Geaux Tigers LLC from Aspen Square Management for an undisclosed amount, according to a deal filed Thursday with the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk
