Homebuilder Alvarez Construction purchased 44 lots in the Silverside Cove community off Staring Lane for $3.5 million, according to sales documents filed with the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk of Court’s office. Alvarez Construction Co. LLC, represented by Carlos Alvarez, purchased the property from Ditro Development LLC, represented by Arthur Lancaster Jr. and William FaKouri.
