D1 Training, a national athletic training facility business, on Monday opened its first Baton Rouge location. There are currently two other D1 Training facilities in Louisiana, one in Covington and one in Elmwood. The new Baton Rouge facility is at 6401 Bluebonnet Blvd. D1 Training offers “science-backed” training regimens to both youth and adult athletes.
