Apartment rents in the Baton Rouge area continue to grow at a modest pace, signaling a healthy and stable market, according to Mark Segalla of JRE. Mark Segalla, managing partner at JRE Capital, says the firm’s latest market data from earlier this year shows average rents have increased roughly 1.5% compared with a year ago.
