A Columbus, Ohio-based real estate investment and development firm has purchased a student housing complex on Highland Road near LSU. Coastal Ridge Real Estate acquired the Altitude Baton Rouge apartment complex from Minnesota-based Tailwind Group for $10 and other considerations, according to documents filed Thursday with the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk of Court’s office.
