Saturday and Sunday, downtown Baton Rouge will play host to FestForAll, the city’s annual free art and music festival. A pair of live music stages will feature artists such as Eric Lindell, Katie Armiger, Chris Thomas King, Michael Foster Project, Big Sam’s Funky Nation and many more over the weekend. The Children’s Village will keep the kids busy with musicians, puppeteers, storytellers, jugglers, magicians, stilt walkers, a martial arts demo and animal encounters with the Baton Rouge Zoo. More than 100 artists will also be selling a wide range of wares, including works of clay, glass, jewelry, paintings, photographs, sculpture and more. And it wouldn’t be a south Louisiana festival without plenty of great food and cold drinks. FestForAll takes place from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, and from noon to 6 p.m. Sunday.
