After many delays and amid much fanfare, Galatoire’s Bistro finally opened the doors of its new location on Perkins Road near Acadian Thruway for a grand opening celebration Tuesday night. Hundreds of guests toured the new 150-seat dining room, private dining spaces and bar, and sampled appetizers that gave them a preview of the menu.
