Be among the first in Baton Rouge to find out who is taking home a coveted Best of 225 Award this year at a special Hot Off the Press event being held later this month at Curbside Burgers, 4158 Government St.
The 225 team will be handing out copies of their July issue and unveiling the more than 60 award winners—as selected by the magazine’s readers—from 6 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, June 28.
Curbside also will be serving samples of its sliders, tater tots and boozy shakes. There’ll be music and entertainment, and Dudley DeBosier will be providing a $30 Uber voucher to those who register.
Voting and nominations for the 2017 Best of 225 Awards were submitted online from February through early April. The top nominees in each category were placed on the final voting ballot, which was also open to the public.
