The Price LeBlanc family heirs have purchased a 67.76-acre tract at the corner of Burbank and West Lee drives from Victory Development, doing business as Burbank and Lee Investors.
Scannell Development purchased a 12.35-acre tract for a build-to-suit building for American Tire Distributors. The property was purchased from Airline-Manchac LLC for $1,100,000, or about $2.05 per square foot. The sale closed May 30.
