Site work should begin in the next two weeks on a long-awaited Juban’s concept restaurant at the Highland Park Marketplace.
The owners of Juban’s announced today the new restaurant will be called Adrian’s, a name that is passed down in the Juban family, and is scheduled to open in the late spring or early summer of 2017.
Adrian’s will feature select signature Juban’s dishes—including its namesake, the Adrian, and the Hallelujah Crab. But owner Michael Boudreaux plans to introduce an otherwise unique menu.
“Adrian’s will be a vibrant dining venue, offering the same quality of food served at Juban’s in a more casual atmosphere,” Boudreaux says in a prepared statement.
