Developer buys land near Amazon’s Cortana site for new Starbucks

New Orleans-based Dorsey Development has purchased land next to the Raising Cane's on Florida Boulevard, which is also near the site of the Amazon fulfillment center now under construction. Plans are to build a Starbucks at the location.
