In-person tours: The Home Builders Association of Greater Baton Rouge is adding an in-person touring weekend for this year’s Parade of Homes, presented by Ferguson. The in-person touring will take place Saturday, June 13, and Sunday, June 14, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. for all Parade homes. Reforms: Officials with the Baton Rouge Police Department say they will host a news conference tomorrow at 3:30 p.m. about ongoing reforms in the police department. On the rise: Gasoline prices rose across the nation as the rally in crude oil prices pushed the national average back above $2 a gallon. In Baton Rouge, the average price per gallon has climbed above $1.60 for the first time in over a month, according to the fuel-price tracking website GasBuddy. Nationwide, gasoline prices jumped 4 cents a gallon from last week to an average of $2.02, but remain 73 cents a gallon lower than a year ago.
