Clean Creations, a New Orleans-based healthy gourmet food service, is joining Highland Park Marketplace, the retail development at the corner of Highland and Old Perkins Road East.

It marks the first Baton Rouge location for the business, which is moving into Suite 409 of the development.

The new location will allow Clean Creations to debut a curbside grab-and-go service. By using special QR codes to unlock temperature-controlled units, customers will be able to pick up their food at any time of the day, including after hours.

In addition to offering prepared food through the new grab-and-go model, Clean Creations will also offer contactless delivery services and sell custom, made-to-order salads and smoothies.

The food service allows customers to choose from more than 40 chef-prepared menu options, ranging from turkey bolognese and Thai basil tofu to fish tacos and paleo-friendly banana walnut pancakes, among other items.

The tenant was represented by Kristen Early of SRSA Commercial Real Estate.

Will Chadwick of Elifin Realty, who handles leasing for the development, says that with another recently signed but yet-to-be-disclosed tenant, only two suites remain available at Highland Park Marketplace.
