Industry responds to EPA’s enhanced scrutiny by wanting better communication

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s announcement that it will conduct unannounced inspections of Louisiana industrial facilities and deploy mobile pollution monitoring equipment in the state isn’t necessarily a big deal because most plants already comply with the regulations, says Connie Fabré, president and CEO of the Greater Baton Rouge Industry Alliance.
