Toups has been with the national industrial contractor for 27 years serving in many capacities.
He is the past chairman of the National Center for Construction Education and Research, and has served on the Executive Committee for the American Fuels and Petrochemical Manufacturers, and on the advisory council of the Engineering and Construction Contracting Association. He is also past chairman for the LCTCS Foundation Board of Directors.
The LSU graduate was recognized by the Associated Builders and Contractors as the Construction Leader of the Year and named one of the Top 10 Breakout Technology Leaders in the nation by the Global CIO Summit.
