The growth in Baton Rouge rental prices has begun to cool as average prices nationwide approach pre-pandemic levels.

Nearly half (49%) of mortgaged residential properties in the U.S. were considered equity rich,  in the second quarter of this year, according to the latest report from real estate data curator ATTOM. That number was up from 47% in the first quarter. 

The average sales price per square foot for Baton Rouge office space is rising, even as the number of sales and the overall dollar volume trends down, according to Elifin Realty’s latest commercial sales report.
