Baton Rouge-based Granite Apartments LLC has bought 10 apartment properties in the Gardere area for $2.1 million in a deal that closed Wednesday.

SB Pacific Group LLC, a multifamily real estate investment company based in California, bought Coursey Place Apartments on Coursey Boulevard in a $49 million deal that closed this week.
