More big changes are coming to the Chase South Tower as a new business plans to move into the vacant office space on lower floors.

Demand for office leases have picked up in the Baton Rouge market in recent months as companies become more comfortable making deals.

FDL Health Investors, an investment firm based in Shreveport, purchased three health care properties in Baton Rouge on Tuesday.
