Baton Rouge-based Teknarus LLC announced today that it has acquired certain assets of InfiniEDGE Software Inc. in an undisclosed agreement.
A news release announcing the deal does not specify what which assets of InfiniEDGE Teknarus actually acquired. It also does not specify the financial details of the deal.
“InfiniEDGE and Teknarus are very similarly aligned companies, not only in technology and services, but in our corporate values and goals as well,” InfiniEDGE CEO Czarina Walker says in a statement. “Our customers will continue to receive our same cutting-edge services with the added bonus of a larger combined team through Teknarus. There are presently a lot of exciting and innovative things happening at Teknarus that will continue to position the company for long term growth and success.”
Teknarus provides full range IT solutions. InfiniEDGE Software provides custom software development, web & intranet development, search engine optimization and hardware and network support.
