New Baton Rouge program helps bridge digital divide for preschool children

The Baton Rouge Early Childhood Education Collaborative, a two-year-old nonprofit organization created to address the educational needs of preschoolers from low-income and underserved families, unveiled a new program today to help parents and caregivers utilize technology to better prepare those children for kindergarten.
