The former residential division of Donnie Jarreau Real Estate has formed a new real estate company that will be a franchise of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, the nation’s fourth-largest real estate brokerage company.
The new firm will be called Berkshire Hathaway Home Services-United Properties and will be co-owned by Jonathan Starns and Chase Muller. A total of 15 agents, all of whom formerly worked at Donnie Jarreau, are joining the new firm.
Jarreau recently broke up his 18-year-old firm, selling the commercial division to NAI/Latter & Blum and the real estate division to Starns and Muller. He has retained the development arm of the business and will continue to work in commercial development under NAI/Latter & Blum.
