DOTD secretary concerned over wording in proposal to increase gas tax  

Louisiana Transportation Secretary Shawn Wilson says that although he supports, in concept, a preliminary proposal to raise the state’s gasoline tax to fund needed construction projects, he is concerned about language in the plan that calls for “reforming” the way his department operates.
