Baton Rouge-based Level Homes has purchased the third phase of Central’s Twin Lakes Estates, which includes 35 lots, as well as a single lot in the first phase of the community.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. However, documents showing the purchase of 18 lots in the same subdivision for roughly $1 million were filed with the East Baton Rouge Clerk of Court earlier this month.

Level says it is offering 25 floorplans in Twin Lakes Estates ranging from 1,860 square feet to 3,210 square feet. The homes range from three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms to five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Thirteen lake lots are available and most homesites are 80 feet wide.

“There are many reputable small builders in Central and Level Homes counts itself lucky to build alongside them,” says Todd Waguespack, a managing partner of Level Homes. “Central is a great community with a small-town setting that creates a peaceful environment for residents.”

Level also recently acquired the Baton Rouge Area Foundation’s former headquarters building at 402 N. Fourth St. in downtown Baton Rouge for $3.6 million.
