LSU AgCenter remains silent on Title IX case involving researcher

Nearly one week after Daily Report detailed the unusual case of Niranjan Baisakh, a researcher at the LSU AgCenter who was accused in 2016 by a female graduate student of stalking, sexual harassment and sexual assault and had his tenure “removed” only to have it reinstated by the university three years later, questions remain as to how the unorthodox sanction was handed down and who approved the measures.
