Judge throws out some claims by Brown & Root against CSRS subsidiary, top executives

A 19th Judicial District Court judge has dismissed claims filed by Brown and Root Industrial Services against Fides Consulting and its two top executives, who left BRIS in late 2020 to run the newly formed consulting firm, a subsidiary of CSRS.
