Replacing 700 columns under I-10, group wants to know how DOTD will do it

As the state moves forward with its $1.1 billion plan to widen Interstate 10 through the heart of Baton Rouge, a group of residents is increasingly concerned about what the yearslong construction project will mean for those in the shadow of the highway.
