EBR Parish schools facing shortage of cafeteria workers, substitute teachers

East Baton Rouge Parish schools started the school year with a teacher shortage, which is not unusual, but are now struggling to staff cafeterias and find substitute teachers after many were displaced by the hurricane or are taking leaves from work.
