CSRS President Tim Barfield talks leading in the age of disruption in the next episode of ‘Strictly Business’

How do you ensure your company thrives in an era of continual disruption?

CSRS Principal and President Tim Barfield says there is no “secret sauce,” but he does have a few tips for leaders to ensure they and their teams stay on the cutting edge.

He shares those, as well as his successful strategies for creating a winning culture, strength-based leadership and the importance of executives continuing to develop their knowledge and skills in the next episode of Business Report’s Strictly Business webcast.

Barfield joined CSRS in 2016, bringing his extensive business, governmental, legal and financial expertise to lead the firm and help develop its next generation of leaders. Prior to CSRS, he served as Secretary for the Louisiana Department of Revenue, Executive Counsel for the Office of the Governor, and Executive Director of the Louisiana Workforce Commission.

Before working in the public sector, Barfield served for over a decade as an executive at The Shaw Group, a leader in engineering, technology, construction, fabrication, environmental, disaster recovery and related services for energy, chemical, and infrastructure clients worldwide, including federal, state, and local governments.

Providing you and your team with the insights, advice and inspiration to thrive in a perpetually changing “new normal” is the driving force behind Business Report’s Strictly Business, a free, monthly webcast featuring in-depth interviews with Louisiana’s most successful CEOs and entrepreneurs.
