Baton Rouge’s Cadence Insurance to be acquired by Arthur J. Gallagher

Cadence Insurance, a multistate company headquartered in Baton Rouge, has agreed to a purchase offer from global insurance broker and consultant Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., the companies announced today.
