Crowned: Ryan Trahan of Blue Dog Café in Lafayette was crowned as the King of Louisiana Seafood on Tuesday by Lt. Gov. Billy Nungesser and the Louisiana Seafood Promotion and Marketing Board, KALB-TV reports. Trahan beat eleven of the state’s best chefs by cooking a Red Snapper dish with crawfish tails.
