Bluebonnet Palms office suite sells for $1.15M

An office suite in the Bluebonnet Palms Office Park close to the intersection of Bluebonnet Boulevard and Jefferson Highway has sold for $1.15 million, according to documents with the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk of Court's office.
