Sushi Masa owner opens seafood restaurant at Mall of Louisiana 

Raymond Wang, owner of local sushi restaurant Sushi Masa, and business partner Ryan Chen have brought their new seafood concept, Old Captain Juicy Seafood and Bar, to the mall of Louisiana.
