Undeveloped land in Magnolia Woods subdivision sells for $5.4M

A 19.5-acre tract of undeveloped land in the Magnolia Woods subdivision has been purchased for $5.4 million, according to records with the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk of Court’s office.
