Local owner sells La-Z-Boy store’s location to the corporate office for $1.7M

La-Z-Boy Inc. has purchased the company's franchise location on South Sherwood Forest Boulevard for $1.7 million, according to documents with the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk of Court's office.
