Investor group purchases undeveloped land in Highland Lakes for $4.3M

A nearly 20-acre undeveloped piece of land in the Highland Lakes subdivision has been sold to an investment group for $4.29 million, according to documents with the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk of Court's office.
