Car wash company buys former Chase branch site on Florida Boulevard

Georgia company Marc 1 Holdings LLC has purchased the vacant Chase Bank branch on the corner of Florida Boulevard and North Sherwood Forest Drive for $900,000, according to documents filed with the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk of Court's office.
