LUXURY LIVING: The most expensive home on the Baton Rouge market in 2019 was this nine-bedroom Mallard Lakes home, asking $3.4 million.

While sales were initially slow this year in Baton Rouge’s upper-end home market, local broker Quita Cutrer of Burns & Co. says sales are picking up.
