All of the high-profile issues from this year’s regular session, from guns and transgender athletes to vaccines and abortion, are settled. Lawmakers have done their part and Gov. John Bel Edwards has put pen to paper on the matters the House and Senate sent him. The only thing left to do is wait on lawmakers.
