Controversial Genesis Energy ITEP request, Praxair’s appeal land on BC&I agenda

Though today’s Louisiana Board of Commerce & Industry meeting has been postponed due to Hurricane Zeta, industrial tax exemption requests from Genesis Energy and an appeal from Praxair remain sources of controversy.
