Deals: Baton Rouge-based H&E Equipment Services announced it has completed its acquisition of We-Rent-It, a non-residential construction-focused equipment rental company in Texas. The assets of the acquisition include approximately $75 million worth of equipment and six branches in the central Texas market. Read the full announcement.
