Roundup: King Cake season / Federal job training / Airport security

    Mardi Gras: Bakeries throughout Baton Rouge are prepping for the season’s rush of customers coming to pick up King Cakes, WBRZ-TV reports. Jeff Herman, Owner of Tiger Deauxnuts, says deep frying, dough braiding, decorating, and boxing has already kicked off and cake orders will be nonstop from now until Fat Tuesday on March 5.     On the job: Louisiana’s Office of Behavioral Health is getting training and technical assistance from the federal labor department to help people with serious mental illness find jobs. The Office of Behavioral Health and Louisiana Rehabilitation Services will develop a collaboration agreement to improve employment outcomes for individuals with a serious mental illness.
