Level Homes has bought 22 lots in Green Trails at Shenandoah from DSLD Homes for $1.3 million and plans to begin building them out immediately, according to Todd Waguespack, managing partner at Level.
The homes, which will be completed later this year, will be priced in the $300,000s and will be the final homes developed in the subdivision. They will be the first built in the subdivision by Level, however. The other homes at Green Trails were built either by DSLD or by independent builders.
Waguespack says Level wanted to acquire property in Green Trails because “it’s a great subdivision and we really like the market.”
The developer has recently produced a nearby subdivision—ShadowBrook Lakes, near the intersection of Jones Creek and Harrell’s Ferry roads—and is almost sold out of inventory.
“So this will sort of take the place of ShadowBrook for us in that area,” Waguespack says.
Green Trails at Shenandoah has more than 202 single-family and garden homes. The subdivision sits on the site of the old Shenandoah Golf Course.
