    We see you there on the grocery store aisle, staring at the ginormous selection of cooking oils, trying to make a healthy choice. We’re here to help! Most vegetable and seed oils – think canola, soybean, corn, safflower, grape seed, etc. – are not healthy options. When you need to use cooking oil, it’s best to go with olive, avocado, coconut, and nut oils. Just make sure to read the labels and choose the ones that say cold- or expeller-pressed or unrefined. That just means the oil is literally squeezed out using intense force rather than using a harsh chemical process to extract the oil.
