Ascension Golf Carts & Powersports moving from Airline to Reiger

Editor’s note: This story has been updated since original publication to reflect the correct name of Ascension Golf Carts & Powersports.

Ascension Golf Carts & Powersports is relocating from its space on Airline Highway to the Gerry Lane Cadillac dealership on Reiger Road.

The business will begin moving into a building adjacent to the dealership that is owned by Gerry Lane Enterprises in October, says Grey Hammett III of NAI/Latter & Blum, who co-brokered the deal with Parker Cavin, also with NAI/Latter & Blum.

The deal marks the first time Gerry Lane Enterprise has leased the property to a venture not associated with the company, Hammett adds.

The space on Reiger Road is around 8,000 square feet, slightly smaller than the Airline Highway spot next to Subaru of Baton Rouge. However, Hammett notes the new location is visible from Interstate 10.

Founded in 2002, Ascension Golf Carts & Powersports is a full-service golf cart dealer offering new and used carts, service, rentals, parts and accessories. They also have a Gonzales location.
