Another Cloverland property sold; broker says investor intends to hold onto it

An 18,400-square-foot, multitenant office warehouse, located at 6032 Fieldstone Drive, has sold in the Cloverland Avenue area for $960,000, according to one of the brokers of the deal.

Fieldstone, a limited liability company, purchased the property, which consists of eight separate suites located on 1.6 acres of land, says Benjamin Graham of SVN | Graham, Langlois & Legendre. All but one of the suites are currently leased, Graham says.

The new owner intends to perform light improvements to the building and hold it as an investment, Graham says in an email.

Joe Moore of RE/MAX First represented the seller.

Cloverland has been an active area for real estate transaction recently. Martin Ecosystems intends to move into a 12,000 square foot building there, and company president Nicole Waguespack previously told Daily Report the new location will allow the company to have a larger manufacturing footprint.

Graham says the warehouse Fieldstone purchased is in good condition and the property is a good value and return for the buyer.
