Developers behind proposed Highland project plans path forward

Developers behind the proposed Benton at Magnolia Woods multiuse development, formerly Village at Magnolia Woods, off of Highland Road say the project is still moving forward after the Planning Commission on Monday voted against requested revisions to their plans.
