City-parish issues violations against current owners of former Salsbury’s Dodge location 

East Baton Rouge city-parish officials are preparing to issue a third tall grass violation letter to the current owners of what was once the site of the Salsbury Dodge dealership on Airline Highway after area residents filed a complaint about the property.
