Caroline’s Cookies is coming to Perkins Rowe

Following the announcement of its expansion last week, Lafayette-based bakery Caroline’s Cookies is expected to open its location in Perkins Rowe, which would be its first in Baton Rouge, the shopping center announced Friday.
