Diane Allen and Associates transfers ownership and changes its name

Baton Rouge-based advertising firm Diane Allen and Associates announced Friday that ownership of the company has transferred from founders Diane Allen and Al McDuff to Nancy Steiner and Donny Charbonnet and the firm will now be called DAA Media + Marketing.
