Mall of Louisiana’s shuttered Sears Auto Center store sells for $2.7M

The Mall of Louisiana’s former Sears Auto Center location, closed since 2021, has sold for $2.7 million, according to documents with the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk of Court's office.
